Privacy Policy

This policy describes the personal information TeeMinder collects, the reasons we use it, the services that process it for us and the options open to you.

Effective date: November 8, 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to teeminder.com and to the orders, emails and support messages connected with it. “TeeMinder”, “we” and “us” mean the team that runs this online store. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Order details: the name, email address and the shipping and billing addresses you enter, a phone number if you provide one, the products, sizes and colors you choose, and any personalization text.
  • Messages: the content of emails and contact-form submissions you send us, plus photos attached to a claim.
  • Account details: if you create an account, the email address and password you set.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: the IP address, browser, type of device, the pages you open and the site that referred you, as kept in our server and security logs.
  • Cookies: small files that keep your cart, your login and the site’s security features working. See “Cookies” below.

Information from payment processing

PayPal processes your payment. It tells us whether the payment succeeded and shares the name, email and address attached to the transaction. We never receive your full card number.

How we use your information

  • To accept your order, have it printed and get it delivered.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and answers to your messages.
  • To handle claims, changes, cancellations and refunds.
  • To screen orders for fraud and protect the site from abuse.
  • To send a review request after delivery, if you tick the box for it at checkout.
  • To send reminders about a checkout you didn’t finish, as explained below.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don’t use your information to build advertising profiles.

We do not sell your personal information.

Review requests and checkout reminders

Review requests

Checkout includes an optional box for receiving a review request. Tick it, and we email you after delivery to ask how your purchase turned out. Leave it unticked and no request is sent. You can also ask us to stop at any time.

Unfinished checkout reminders

If you type your email address at checkout but don’t complete the order, we may send a few reminder emails about the items you left behind. To stop them, use the unsubscribe link in the reminder or email us and we’ll remove your address. Finishing the order stops them as well.

Cookies

We use cookies the site needs in order to work:

  • Cart and session cookies remember what’s in your cart while you browse.
  • Login cookies keep you signed in if you have an account.
  • Security cookies, including those set by Cloudflare, help tell real visitors apart from bots and attacks.

No advertising or retargeting pixels are active on this site today. If we add any later, we will update this policy to say what they do and how to opt out.

Your browser lets you block or clear cookies, though our cart and checkout stop functioning if you do.

How long we keep information

Order records stay with us while we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes and to deal with claims or disputes. Support messages are kept while they’re useful for follow-up questions about the same order. Data from an unfinished checkout is kept only for a limited time and is deleted sooner if you ask. When you ask us to delete your data, we remove everything we aren’t required to keep.

How we protect it

The site uses HTTPS encryption, admin access is limited to the people who need it, and card details are handled on PayPal’s pages rather than ours. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects it.

Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Let you know which personal information we have on file for you, and send a copy.
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your information, apart from what we must keep by law or to finish an open order or claim.
  • Stop review requests and checkout reminders.

Email support@teeminder.com from the address used for your order so we can confirm the request is yours. We respond within the time allowed by applicable law, and we won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Privacy rights for California residents

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA (California’s consumer privacy laws), California residents may ask to know, delete or correct their personal information, request that it not be sold or shared, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and they may exercise these rights without facing discrimination.

  • Categories we collect: identifiers (name, email, address, IP address), commercial information (orders), internet activity (pages and device data in logs) and the content of messages you send us.
  • Sale: we do not sell personal information.
  • Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising: we don’t do this today.
  • Sensitive personal information: we use account login details only to give you access to your account, which doesn’t create a right to limit.

To make a request, email us. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and confirm your identity directly.

Children’s privacy

TeeMinder is a store for adults and isn’t aimed at children under 13. Gathering personal information from kids in that age group is something we never knowingly do. If you think a child under 13 has sent us information, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be pointed out at the start of the policy.
