Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to these terms

When you browse teeminder.com or buy from it, these Terms and Conditions apply to you, together with the policies they link to. TeeMinder is an online made-to-order business: the products we sell are printed by a production partner after you order them. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the site.

2. Eligibility

To order, you need to be 18 or older, or at least the age of majority where you reside, if that is higher. Younger visitors may use the site only if a parent or guardian takes part and accepts these terms for them.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in it. The confirmation email shows that we received your order; it doesn’t mean we have accepted it. We accept an order when it goes into production.

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when we suspect fraud, when a price or product detail was listed in error, when a blank is unavailable, or when we can’t ship to the address given. If we cancel an order you have paid for, the whole payment is returned to the method you used.

If a product offers personalization, you are responsible for what you enter. We print it as typed, and we may decline text that is unlawful, hateful or infringes someone else’s rights.

4. Prices

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; what applies is the price displayed at checkout when you submit your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm the correct price before going ahead.

5. Payment

Payment is made through PayPal checkout and is charged when you place your order. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Accepted methods, currency, sales tax and how the charge is labeled on bank statements are covered on Payment Methods.

6. Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and are set out on Shipping & Delivery. International recipients are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs fees. You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. Changes, cancellations, returns and refunds

How to change or cancel an order is explained on Order Changes & Cancellations. Claims for misprinted, damaged, wrong or lost items are handled under Returns & Exchanges, and refund timing is described on our Refund Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

8. Product appearance

Product images are digital mockups that combine our artwork with a photo of the blank. The finished item may differ slightly in print placement, size of the print and color, and colors can look different from one screen to another. Material, fit and other details are described on each product page and on Fit & Sizing.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, graphics, artwork, logos, photos and layout, belongs to TeeMinder or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written consent. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item, not the right to reproduce its design.

Where another company’s or person’s name, logo or mark shows up on this site, it stays theirs. Its appearance here doesn’t mean that owner endorses TeeMinder or is connected with us. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, please follow the steps on DMCA Reports.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders.
• Try to break into, disrupt or overload the site, or get around its security features.
• Scrape or copy the site’s content with automated tools without our permission.
• Submit personalization text or messages that are unlawful, abusive or infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend access or cancel orders connected with a breach of this section.

11. Limitation of liability

Where applicable law permits, TeeMinder won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products bought here. Our combined liability for any claim tied to an order will not exceed what you paid for that order. These terms don’t take away any right that applicable law says can’t be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeeMinder from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or content you submit, such as personalization text.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by United States federal law and by the law of the state where TeeMinder’s operating business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will publish that state here once our business address is listed.

14. Disputes

If you have a problem with an order or with these terms, please contact us first. We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days of hearing from you. If we can’t settle it that way, either side may pursue the remedies available under the governing law in a court with jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents you from using PayPal’s or your card issuer’s dispute process.

15. Updates to these terms

From time to time we may revise this document. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and an order follows whichever version was live on the day it was placed. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
