Order Changes & Cancellations

The change window

Two things both need to be true:

1. We receive your message no later than 6 hours after you checked out.
2. Production on your order hasn’t begun.

Our print partner can start soon after an order comes in, so the earlier you write, the better. We’ll confirm by email whether the change went through.

What can be changed?

• Size
• Color
• Style or blank, for example a T-shirt to a hoodie when the same design is offered on both. If the new style costs a different amount, we’ll tell you how the difference is settled before we make the switch.
• Shipping address
• Taking an item off the order

How do I ask for a change or cancellation?

Email support@teeminder.com and include:

• Your order number.
• The exact change, such as “Medium instead of Large on the black tee” or “Please cancel the whole order”.
• For a new address, the full address with any unit number and ZIP or postal code.

Messages sent through the contact form count as well. We go by the time your message arrives.

Cancelling an order

When a cancellation is accepted, we refund the cancelled amount to your original payment method. How long that takes is covered on our Refund Policy.

Why can’t I cancel once printing starts?

A printed item carries your chosen design, size and color, and it can’t be offered to another customer. That’s why an order can’t be edited or cancelled after production begins. If the finished piece then arrives misprinted, damaged or otherwise wrong, our claim rules still apply; see Returns & Exchanges.
