Return & Exchange Policy

We strive for your satisfaction in the products and service we deliver to you. No order is complete until you are completely satisfied. We allow 30 days to return or exchange an item. WE OFFER FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

Items that are NOT eligible to return or exchange include:

• Items purchased over 30 days
• Washed and/or worn items
• Items that no longer have their original packaging intact

RETURNS happen and so do EXCHANGES:

1. Please email us with the following:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The reason for your return or exchange
• The original item and the item you are exchanging for

2. We will email you the return shipping label. Print this label.

3. Place your receipt or proof of purchase in the package with your return or exchange item.

4. Download, print, and fill out the attached slip. Insert this completed slip into the package that includes your receipt and item.

6. Once we receive your package, we will refund or exchange your purchase.
